Clinical Counselor Supervisor LPC, CS – Circle Park BHS, Florence, SC

Responsibilities include: Coordinates and supervises comprehensive treatment services. Ensures proper documentation of services provided. Trains, privileges, manages, supervises, and evaluates clinical staff. Serves as primary liaison with local, regional, and state treatment providers. Directs counselor workflow and caseload assignments and monitors workloads.

Coordinates and schedules group counseling activities. Oversees privileging of counselors and maintains privileging records for direct reports. Oversees the provision of Medicaid services, including documentation and billing. Provides direct service as necessary, and as time permits.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, with five years’ clinical experience in alcohol and drug abuse treatment; Licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker), and CS (Clinical Supervisor) required. Ability to exhibit strong leadership skills in support of a team-based approach and enhance community and collaborative partnerships.

Starting Salary Range: $72,000-$77,000 and Regular Performance Bonuses
